Interpretation and archiving of PROTRANS HLA SSP typings

The PROTRANS Helmberg Score™ software is based on the principle of
virtual DNA analysis, a principle which allows the compilation of all kinds of
genotyping results as well as data storage independent from the actual allele database.

All entered typing results of one single sample on one single locus can be
evaluted in combination, thus automatically leading to the highest possible resolution.
